His act of sportsmanship in a high-stakes match is celebrated as a shining example of fair play and is regarded as an iconic moments in cricket.




In the first Ashes Test of the 1993 series, Australian leg-spinner Shane Warne bowled a delivery that turned sharply to dismiss England’s Mike Gatting. This delivery is often referred to as the “Ball of the Century” and is considered one of the greatest deliveries in cricket history which is in itself an iconic moment in cricket.
